Pulsed EPR spin counting and Bruker xepr support

Some times echo detected field sweep, a pulsed EPR technique is used for detecting absorption spectrum of samples. The EPR spin counting tool on spintoolbox is now able to calculate integral for pulsed EPR spectra. To support wider range of file types, Bruker binary files created by Bruker spectrometers are now supported as well. If the quadrature detection is done during measurement, phase correction can be used to automatically phase the data.
